As the sun goes down,  Johnny Saturday catches a wave in the unusually uncrowded
waters of "The Hook," one of many classic surf breaks along the Santa Cruz coastline.
Seeing only a couple of other kooks in the water (with a couple of them nicely filling out their
wetsuits in places that I can only dream about), I subsequently paddle into the line-up and take
my requisite pounding... but I still had a shit pile of fun and nobody got hurt or nothin'.
